We are the outside consulants hired by the law firmed to serve as the expert witness, who help to determine the "Baby Doe's" condition.

We will give out all the informations that relate and lead to Down Syndrome in the most clearly way to appoint the one who held responsible. 

The legal law was passed said that doctor always had to offer the mother the opinion to undergo the diagnostic procedure  which can find out the baby will have Down Syndrome or not, and it was offered to John and Jane. 

A screening tests, which also usse to detect Down Syndrome, was offered to John and Jane, but they had declined both of this method and chose not to undergo.

John and Jane had to take all responsibility for what occurs after the law was passed.
