John and Jane's story

John and Jane's new given birth baby was 6.4 lbs weights. During pregnancy, Jane have gone to the hospital regularly to check her health and she also had her baby there. However, through all of this process, the doctor always said the baby would be born healthy and would not get any sickness. Recently, when they took their baby to get vaccination at the hospital, the doctor of pediatrics let them know that their baby had Down Syndrome. They were dumfounded with that result, and Jane cried a lots. Then they brought the baby to the antenatal clinic and asked for what had happend. The clinic found out the record during Jane's pregnancy, and said that the baby's Down Syndrome was too small, so the ultrasound scan couldn't detect it. And the doctor didn't recieve any permissions to predict this disorder. At this moment, even though the baby was nearly 3 months, but it's only 11.2 lbs. John and Jane was really sad and angry because of this situations, they wanted the clinic to give them the convinced reason or not they would institude the antenatal clinic.
